Mountains Flourishing

The wind blowing,
The mist of the slowing rain.

stars cling to the moon,
And watch over the clouds melting away.

The river rising and flowing with an endless spring,
washing over the broken mountain rocks.

The trout cling in quickening groups,
Hearts pounding as they swim upstream.

Flowers thickening and rising,
The fruits of a flourishing Spring.

I found this a refreshing spring-poem, and I like the subtle use of rhyme here.

By the way, from all your plant pictures, it looks like you have a beautiful place!– perfect to observe all those images you paint so vividly here. šŸ™‚

You have created a very energetic spring … which of course is just we we have had. Very good. (crowsfete.blogspot.com)
